John C. McCarden Jr. is Executive Vice President - Marketing for commercial lines accounts. He joined JDW Insurance in 1986. He has more than 35 years experience in the insurance industry, and has earned the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. He is a 1969 graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso with a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing.

Mr. McCarden's expertise enables him to market and place commercial accounts in conjunction with the commercial lines teams and to maintain relations with insurance companies. He joined JDW Insurance after a number of years with Commercial Union as Underwriting and Branch Manager.
