Clark R. G. Baker is Executive Vice President - Employee Benefits. He graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1976 with a Bachelor of Arts in economics, and joined JDW Insurance in 1982 after 6 years with Willis Corroon. He has achieved both the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) designations and has over 25 years experience in the insurance industry. He also holds a Life and Health Insurance Counselor (LHIC) license.

Mr. Baker is involved in community organizations including the Boards of El Paso Symphony Orchestra Association and UTEP Golf Century Club. He is a recognized expert on the subject of disability income insurance, salary continuation planning and business uses of life insurance.
