Randy McGraw

Randy V. McGraw is an Executive Vice President of Employee Benefits for Crest Benefits and JDW. He joined the JDW team in November of 2006 and is a current shareholder as well. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Rice University and a Master’s of International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management, Thunderbird.  He received the Certified Employees Benefit Specialist designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of Business and holds a Life and Health Insurance Counselor license.

Mr. McGraw has 23 years experience in the insurance industry and employee benefits field. He began his career in 1985 with BlueCross BlueShield of Texas.  In 1998, he joined the G.P. Graham Capital Management Group as the Director – Employee Benefits Division.  In 2001, he formed Crest Benefits Consulting with Pat Graham.  Crest Benefits Consulting was acquired by JDW Insurance in November 2006.

Mr. Mcgraw's experience working with large employers, medical provider networks, insurance markets and claim administrators coupled with his intimate familiarity of the intricacies of clients needs enables him to deliver high quality consulting services to our many clients. 

Mr. McGraw is a member of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefits Specialists.  He is a member of the National, Texas and El Paso Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and has served on the local board as the Chairperson for the Association of Health Insurance Agents. He is also a member of the National, Texas and El Paso Association of Health Underwriters and has served on that board for three years as the Legislative Chairperson, one year as President and one year as the newsletter editor.
